How do I reset my password?
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. We’ll email a reset link that opens the app.
How do Circles and Points work?
Circles are topic communities. Participation can earn Anchor Points, which may unlock features such as chat (typically around 50 points per unlock) or other perks. Point rules can change as the product evolves. Premium subscriptions via the App Store or Google Play are another path to unlocks.
Subscriptions & refunds
Purchases go through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Refund requests generally follow Apple or Google policies.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on our Account Deletion page. Deletion removes your profile and personal data subject to legal retention needs.
Blocking & reporting
Use in-app Block and Report tools on profiles, posts, or messages. Our team reviews reports and may remove content or restrict accounts.
